What is Jam Creatives' design process?
No matter the size of a project, I research & invest in understanding my client’s brand strategy. A design brief must be signed off by the client & a deposit is required before commencement of any design work.
I then explore a variety of ideas before presenting concepts. A project may have multiple elements, in this scenario, I design the main element (eg. logo, poster) as concepts. However, each project is unique and will adjust the approach when required. Concepts are delivered via email (even if you’re down the street) So you can review them in your own time. Digest, discuss, show your trusted colleague, and print it, before providing feedback on the direction. From here we develop the remaining elements you require.
Once complete I will send a refined concept for review & the client emails any modifications or further exploration required (2 rounds of changes are included in Branding Packages). Any additional changes may incur an additional fee. The client will be noted in advance. Once art is approved files will be flight checked & packaged. Via email (Dropbox) Jam Creatives will supply a zipped folder directly to the client.

What if I require commercial printing?
I take pride in developing relationships with local small businesses in our community & will share recommendations with clients for printing. The printing process/ payment will be between the client & the print house.

At Jam Creatives I research your field of business, explore creative ideas & translate them into commercial art. I like to push the envelope give my clients options & suggest other ways they can use the art assets we make together. Social Media is also high on the radar when designing campaigns.
